Help me! My game is bugged! (No Spoilers)

Whenever I walk around now, every few moments the "do you wish to exit" sign appears. It gets really annoying, can anyone help?

 

It's a common bug. Try exiting the game and loading again (preferably from a game saved before the bug hit).
Otherwise, start over. You might want to reinstall the entire game, too.
Always save your game to several slots, and at different times, so your chances are better to retrieve the game.

this is the "cure all" for most of the bugs in arcanum...
reinstall it!
reinstall it as many times as needed untill most of the bugs will be gone!
(it worked for me)

so there's nothing I can do? Can I save the saved games file somewhere else and then reinstall and then put the saved games back. Would that work or would the bug still be there?

 

That might work. Seems like someone detailed how they did that in Tips 'n Tricks. Maybe Jarinor knows.

 

Tips n' Tricks? Where is it? Well, either way, if I make a copy of my saved game and then reinstall and then put the saved copy back, I WILL have my game there, won't I? I know it works for games like Diablo but I don't know about such big games like Arcanum.
