Just curious. Hex editing weapons takes too much time and skills.

It... was... and it worked too.
http://couchpotato.net/arcanumedit/
Already downloaded it. Just not sure how to use Ant. It's a Weapon Editor so I can't edit armor but that's fine. I'm after guns, staffs and melee anyway.
And the arcanumedit.jar link I found on the forum does not work anymore. So I just need arcanumedit.jar now or a way to make it. |

The Weapon Editor and the Item Editor were different things. _________________ 95 minutes worth watching |

| Really? Is either one of them hosted somewhere so I can download it? Or just a arcanumedit.jar ? Or perhaps you could make one for me? |

Either build a website and host the Weapon Editor yourself or get to work building an item editor from scratch.
I'm not spending my spare time building a program I don't want. _________________ 95 minutes worth watching |

I'm unable to save changes to my .proto files with QTScribe. Anyone else have this problem?
I'll open for instance the Looking Glass Rifle, change the Range parameter and click Save. There isnt any confirmation that its been saved however, aside from the save button visually being "pressed"
Then I change to another proto, and go back to the previous weapon to see the range has reverted to its default value.
Is the proto editor simply not fully implemented yet? |

You better start new topics than revive old one, these guys are strict about that
About qtScribe, support for protos is same as other proto editors have, so yes, its not fully implemented but it should support basic stuff, like this gun range edit.
Maybe you are doing something wrong, you should ask at official topic at ArcanumClub or ArcanumAlive, because I'm not sure if guys here will be able/willing to help you _________________ #ArcanumAlive
