We do call them breasts, Crypton. You have impressively well-developed breasts, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

To avoid the womanly connotation, you can call them pecs, or pectorals, or just your chest, or in most cases, don't call them anything at all so no one will accuse you of overcompensating.

No, that would be a male chimp with a mutation that prevents him from growing hair. The whole point of the hairless chimp is the whole humans as "hairless apes" thing, the one problem being it's the wrong species of ape in the photo.

Pecs, pectorals. Never breasts (unless you have gynecomastia). Sometimes moobs.

Well, I know a word pectoral, but I thought that it's a medical term that isn't used in a normal non-geeky conversation. We do normally call them a "breasts" in Czech.

Btw, so why is there a word such as "breaststroke"? It's a name of discipline for both men and women swimmers, right?

Oh, and Crypton, no english speaking male describes his pecs as breasts, even if he does employ breaststroke. Others might consider very large pectoral muscles to qualify as 'marvellous manboobs' but that term is usually reserved for obese men or those with hormonal imbalances, or both.
