    Hey everyone,

    T-A is changing our avatar system. The avatars are now representing all Troika games. Arcanum, Fallout, ToEE, Vamp and anything Troika does in the future.

    The avatars are not done yet, some still need work, but with time we will iron out all the problems and expand the gallery. You can access and change your avatar via Profile. Let me know if you have problems, enjoy!

    I know its old but I had to post here, did you know that when I posted this there had been 50 views off this thing and only Jinxed had put the original statement in. How can 50 people look at it and not reply?

    I wasn't being that surly. If you wish, I could copy-n-paste all of our discussions from the other thread.

    Are you saying the official boards are good or bad? I rather like it there, you can get quite interesting discussions going about Arcanum that never get off the ground around here. Some different people too make it worthwhile... Georgie never comes here.... :(

    I'm not saying that the other forums are bad, just infrequently visited when compared with HoL. As to copy/paste thing, meh, I'm to lazy, besides that one was getting awfully crowded anyways.

    Nonsense, the official boards are quite lively. Sure there are times when an hour or two passes without a post, but that happens here as well. Plus the fanfic section over there blows our own roleplaying board out of the water.

    Profanity is not exactly accepted there, but that just encourages people to get creative with their filthy thoughts. :)

    I almost hate to say this for fear of a severe flaming, but... *puts on magickal jock strap of flame resistance* These avatars really blow. Troika really has done a crappy job with avatars. I mean, come on, I've seen better images done in ASCII art (the defaults that came with Acidraw kicked ass). Don't mean to get all nostalgic or anything, but come on. They look like oil paitings subjected to desil fuel and redone with a sharpie. Is there anyway we can submit our own?

    I believe you need to get over 1000 posts before that would even be considered D_6. The Troika ones ARE crappy, but instead of complaining, why don't you make some better ones, and make it into a patch so that we can load them into the game? that would be much more productive than just whining about it.

    Twilight's Hammer, Unless you are especiaslly attached to your avatar, I suggest that you change it, its the same one Spore had and he wasn't exactly well liked around here.

    Nonsense, we can't retire an avatar every time some nobody creates a dummy account and goes on a spamming spree.

    Keep the avatar and worry more about how close your IP matches that of various known troublemakers.
