how about using the story of Arcanum 1 then add more videos, update the graphics, improve the gameplay, but RETAIN the soundtrack?

There are many topics on such ideas, if you'd like to have a look.

Charonte/ZB are working on new Arcanum engines. ZB tossed around the idea of making Arcanum 2.5 D, 3D models with 2D buildings/terrain etc.

Fallout 2: Online is now in 2.5D as well.

I'd also say moar music is needed in the same style. But the original tracks are solid on their own.

The soundtrack should be bigger, you know, there's only one song for each place that keeps looping, there should be at least 3 different songs for place.
