I was suspicious when he first joined as well, but not only does Constipation show restraint and wit, he has much better grammar and spelling than HWLFP.

Oh dear, the semi thought-provoking debate I started has devolved into a HWLFP witch hunt extravaganza. For the record, Hellrust is clearly HWLFP; the fact that he is inclined to agree with wobbler "for once" implies past forum experience. I swear every time he's mentioned he sprouts up again so in the future I'd suggest that people enact the Voldemort rule and never call him by name - it's like a summons.

Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to raise everyone's paranoia up to 11 by statiing that I am not Constipation. Furthermore, in my opinion, he shows both restraint and wit.

No that's not evidence enough, Muro had already made him aware of the account so he could have run a simple search to find out what Fresh Air had posted. Saying that he was already familiar with you however is a bit more suggestive.

That's a dangerous path to go down. There was a time that I thought it was funny that I had been mistaken for someone else, but the consequences were not as hilarious as I had expected.

Still why bother trying to make us think that? HWLFP fucked with Gross when he wasn't at his best; what if that had resulted in Gross sinking into a deep depression and topping himself? Not that Gross would, but HWLFP didn't know how stable he was (in fact he knew that he had a mental disorder and targeted because of this as a "joke") and so he could have effectively taken part in manslaughter. That "joke" was probably in some form or another a crime - there was definitely intent to do harm. HWLFP or anyone trying to emulate him clearly has problems, and I really wouldn't be surprised if the original HWLFP has Antisocial Personality Disorder - he certainly seems to hit 3 or more of the DSM-IV criteria.
