Ok, I play with Realtime combat. I was wondering if prowling is any usefull for realtime? I'm far to busy (yeah right) to try this out and since most of my players are gunslingers, I would really like to know.
I believe that prowling is just for the thieves out there.....hehehehe or else usable for getting into chests that are guarded by NPCs that you don't want to kill Who knows....I never have played a pure thief and I cheat..... I always save before pickpocketing or unlocking things so If it jams I just reload and try again...... Parmanian
nah just use the quicksave for that... anyway you dont really need pickpocket money isnt a big deal in arcanum except in shrouded hills where the wise woman is. you can get loads of money just from simple things like killing people. if theres something you really want without killing the person (maybe lianna del par's sword if you need her later for throwing training wink wink) use a fatepoint.
I don't pickpocket for money, just to get something back that I had sold like in the thieves quests. Parmanian
Early on stuff like jewel of hebe (extra follower/beauty) Ring of virility +2 constitution Lucky medalion +2 Gambling Nothing much for later on in game but at lower levels are good Parmanian
