Schematics question

Perhaps a stupid question but how do I make a follower learn a schematic?

In my current game I wanted to concentrate on gunsmith and electrics and have the woman care for herbology and therapeutics and Magnus for smith + mechanics.

In Tarant was a schematic for a bow for sale. My own character could learn it simply by rightclicking or using the hand symbol - but having no points in mechanics meant that I would have to buy heavy books while Magnus has pointsin Mechanics.

So - is there a way to distribute found schematics to those followers that have points in the fitting technology section and have them learn that schematic? So that Magnus could produce the bow just like he can produce pure ore?

 

I don't think that's possible. It's one of the things I hope will be avaiable in the Open Arcanum project....
