World Ed - Put dropdown locations and Mappable keys?

I don't know if anyone is still interested/able to patch World Ed but I thought of some things that would be really useful.

1) On the left bar of the screen put in a list of locations, populated and named by the gamearea.mes file.

You can select one of these to instantly move to that point on the map instead of opening the mes file every time you forget the exact coordinates and entering them manually.

2) The ability to choose what keys control World Ed navigation.

On my laptop I can't move around in WorlEd as I don't have the right keys. The option to change that would be nice.
